Summit Hotel Magnolia

Convenient location with spacious rooms, great value, and welcoming staff! Highly recommended!

Pros: Great location next to a mall, offering convenience, spacious rooms, excellent value for money, and friendly, helpful, and respectful staff.

Cons: The hotel corridor can feel a bit warm since it’s not air-conditioned, especially once you step out of the room. Would be good to have a smart TV in the room, too.

Pros: The location and the fact that is connected to Robinson Magnolia Mall, which means we didn’t have to go out to access the mall.

Cons: The room we stayed in, the bathroom sink tap was literally coming off and the pillows weren’t hotel quality pillows. They were flat and they should provide 4 pillows since we were in a double/kings size bed.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located inside a shopping mall, so shops are right at hand without even stepping outside. The LRT station is just a 5-minute walk, making it very easy to reach the city center. The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The breakfast selection is quite limited. Apart from that, everything was perfectly fine.

Pros: Location was perfect being right next to the huge Mall. Rooms were spacious, beds and pillows very comfortable and it was quiet. The staff were very nice and helpful also. It’s very popular for weddings and gets booked out.

Cons: Advice only. It is an old building so the rooms showed wear and tear just so you know.

Pros: Excellent service at the reception. Very conveniently located with access to the mall. Love that they provide eco-friendly toothbrush.

Cons: I just expected a better breakfast buffet. I was surprised that it was at the basement and when I had my breakfast the food was already cold even though they were supposed to be warm considering there's food warmer. The chicken adobo looked like a bunch of leftovers to be honest. But the service was great, just wished there were better food choices.

Pros: Location is perfect. RIght beside the mall. Very convenient for us to take our meals and do shopping. Parking is also convenient as it is a plenty.

Pros: The staff was amazing and super accomodating, always polite and greeting us with a welcoming smile everytime we came back from somewhere. Awesome service even at reception, I made many calls and they were always quick to cover my enquiries and needs :)

Cons: Some mold in the showers, but I understand that is a hard thing to stay ontop of seeing as there are also many rooms that need cleaning. But it was only very tiny anyway, the rest was quite clean and they fold the bedsheets and change your towels everyday. Honestly, this one was out of the hotels control.. but there were some nights where other guests were really loud. They were laughing at 3AM and thudding around.
