I give 4 stars staff really good and cooperative and easy to understand u n u understand them only

Pros: Staff cooperative and easy to understand nice atmosphere and clean pool

Cons: Some things but I think it can be change soon and my next visit it will be done B4 that I dont like the plug it's from bed its only my problem if I need to charge at night I need to put near tv and it's really hard

nice, comfort, best Personal, happy trip......

Pros: i am always booking this hotel. that is a very nice and central located place. and the personal are the best. if you search a burj al arab, or you go with your camera and filn every corner of bathroom,... better you book another hotel. this is in my mind a very nice and good hotel and the price / comfort factor is very good.

Cons: a place to lagage, or any place for the cloth can make this hotel much more better that is it.

Pros: The staff are very accommodating, they try to cater to all needs. The place is good for the travelers in group.

Cons: It's not the place it's just the rainy weather.. They just need to keep the place dry..

pure genuss, sauber, günstig, sehr Central, und sehr gastfreundlische Personal...

Pros: sehr Freundliche und überaus hilfsbereite personal. das Hotel liegt in Stadtmitte und hat sehr gute Verbindung zu überall. und mehrere Einkaufcenter in der Nähe. wenn du mir Handy durch Zimmer rennst und penibel Probleme suchst, buch lieber in 5 Sternen Hotel, ich bin sicher die werden auch nicht deine gehobene Ansprüche gerecht werden.... :) ich empfehle jedem diese Hotel, ich war mehr als 3 mall dort und werde wieder dort buchen..

Cons: wie gesagt, ich habe nichts finden können, was mich gestört hätte. was man besser machen kann. viellecht ein tisch oder platz für 2 koffer.

Overall was good. It was nice to stay for 2 days before our flight to Dubai

Pros: what i like the most was the customer service of the 2 ladies in the reception. They are very friendly and fun to chat. I believe the name of other 1 is Joy and I forgot the name of the other lady.

Cons: the TV in our room was not clear and blurry and can't even see the screen
