Pros: It's a historical hotel. It would have been good to highlight this significance of this hotel.

Cons: Close to the major historical sites of Manila, park & museums.

Lovely hotel

Pros: Fabulous breakfast. Nice pool but too cold in winter. Lovely lobby. Nice welcome.

Cons: Putting a deposit down instead of just a credit card was unusual...and took time at every payment Champagne restaurant, although beautiful, was disappointing food & service

Brilliant and fun hotel with great amenities.

Pros: Breakfast, pool, spa, gym were all brilliant. Rooms very comfortable. The cocktail bar was brilliant and all the staff are so friendly

Fabulous Hotel not to be missed

Pros: Stunning hotel. Room was large, bed very comfortable, bathroom large and had all the 5* necessaries. We dined at Champagne as it was a special occassion - it was fabulous, staff were professional and very attentive.

Cons: Didnt enjoy breakfast as it was too busy for my liking, not sure they were in hotel guests or people dining in. But not for me. For in hotel be nice to have a quieter breakfast area, or lounge.

Stay here - it's brilliant!

Pros: The hotel exceeded my expectations, it was fabulous. The Hotel looks amazing and the staff are great from the moment you walk through the doors. Our room was wonderful - very big and comfortable. The bathroom was terrific. The food was just amazing, a choice of everything and so well cooked too. My husband needs to be gluten free and the food choices for him were brilliant, plus they had beer he could drink too. And the gym was also one of the best we have ever encountered.

Cons: The only slight issue was that while we were there, the hotel hosted a lot of graduation ceremonies which meant the lobby was out of use for the guests which was annoying but not the end of the world!
