Nice hotel with lovely vibe

Pros: We had a lovely stay . Staff was super nice and accommodating. Every time we asked for help or Assistance we got it right away . Hotel is conveniently located right by the Ocean Park so you can literally step out of the reception and the Oceannarium is right there . Sone nice food places around . Lovely spacious rooms with beautiful views of Bay of Manila .

Pros: Location is right at the back of Quirino Grand Stand. Room is spacious and staff is helpful and courteous. Love the Amenities it has okay breakfast plus free parking.

Cons: Internet is unstable, Pool is not connected in the building, you need to go out and walk in the main entrance plus it is for kids (3ft) mainly, no pool for adult or atleast 4-5ft in depth though it was enjoy by our kids. Bathroom has little privacy.

Pros: The hotel has best sea view of the entire Manila. All rooms are with front sea view. All rooms are very clean The restaurant is perfect Nothing to complain about. I will come back

Pros: The novelty of the aquarium was worth the extra cost, and the main room was as good any in the same price bracket. It's in a great location too, Rizal park and Intramros are not far.

Cons: The bathroom floor was pretty slippy.

Fantastic aqua room .

Pros: We booked the aqua room and it was amazing. A full wall fish tank with a great variety of fish swimming along . The tank seemed to be connected to at least 10 rooms so it was a huge space for lots of fish. Bed was super comfortable and huge .

Cons: Everything was great - only complaint was no Tea bags in the room only coffee

Pros: We arrived early and were not only able to check in but also got upgraded for free! The room was large, comfortable with magnificent views of Manila and the bay. Staff were very efficient, professional and friendly. The bar was a great place to enjoy dinner with great staff!

Cons: The long walk from our room to get anywhere! Also there was maintenance work being conducted near our room which was quite noisy and disruptive as it went until 10pm. However when we raised this with staff we were upgraded for our last night to a quiet area, and closer to amenities which was much appreciated!

Pros: the whole stay was great and enjoyable. the room was exceptionally clean and well maintained.

Cons: the downside of the experience was the breakfast.. it took ages to receive the extra ala carte breakfast that we ordered. Breakfast buffet was decent but food choices could be better.

Beautiful Ocean View

Pros: Room was lovely. It was a pity maintenance kept working late at night so all you could hear was banging and scraping making it difficult to sleep- especially when we have a baby.

Cons: Breakfast was woeful- poor selection and not very clean restaurant.
