I stayed at this hotel last May 2023 and have had a good experience with the staffs friendliness

Pros: The cleanliness of the room, comfortable bed and very friendly and helpful staffs

Cons: Apart from a couple of times I came down to Reception and there was no one there, I have waited for good 20mins at one point and is very unusual, I had to go upstairs again to talk to someone who was cleaning my floor (3rd) to get some sort of answer...

Pros: i like the location as it was near my workplace and the room is quiet, clean and cozy. I also had access to the internet

Cons: it was hard for me locate the area at first as the hotel name is different. But overall, i am satisfied with my stay.

Very friendly, clean and comfortable room and staffs. Thank you for making my stay so bearable.

Pros: The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Very attentive and accommodating. Thank you.

Cons: It could do with a kettle in the room, I drink ransoms hot drink every now and then when I’m in bed but couldn’t because I have to go out off my room to collect hot water.

Good budget option for an overnight stay in Manila.

Pros: Budget. No hidden fees. The room is clean with AC, warm shower, WIFI, and has a soft bed. Free toiletries as well. 😊

Cons: No amenities mostly and the building is old. But it's budget and comfortable so it's okay.

Cons: You should be able to update the customer if the payment method was being declined so we can able to Change it. It was an issue with booking com not with garvs.
