Good with the environments but the flooded and wifi issue should be fixed

Pros: Location is okay if not with heavy rains. If with rains then might be stuck in the hotel cause flooded. You might see mouses swimming.

Cons: Need stronger wifi singnal.

Pros: The staff was very nice ! The location was conveninent, the staff was nice and it felt safe inside the building.

Cons: I saw a cockroach in my room and the neighborhood feels not super safe (even though it's convenient)

Always my first place to stay returning to the Philippines

Pros: Close to good restaurants and Robinson mall. The staff is professional at all times. This is what keeps me coming back as their charm and pride in their work stands out to me.

Cons: I wanted to pay in cash when I arrived knowing rooms were available but was told the higher end rooms were only available so I placed a reservation online and then the room I wanted became available. It was uncomfortable for the concierge and myself moving forward with the request but they still kept professional.

Pros: I love that the room I had which was EX06 had a smart tv! I was able to watch netflix in my room. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Cons: It's not that I don't like it but I just have a suggestion. There was an empty space beside my bed to the window. It would have been beautiful if there was a couch there to sit and chill when you get bored of laying in bed. (See uploaded pictures for reference) Overall, my stay was great and will keep coming back.
