Decent stay except for the baby cockroaches.

Pros: Clean, aircon is working well, sheets are fresh, and the property is easy to locate. You can preorder breakfast and it came on time. Staff was really accommodating.

Cons: There were baby cockroaches on the table and lots in the bathroom. The shower heater was quite unresponsive we ended up bathing in cold water. Property is not walking distance to UST, have to walk a bit, cross Espana, take a jeep to reach the campus.

Pros: La réception 24/24 : nous sommes arrivés à 5h30, la gentillesse du personnel, aucun bruit

Pros: Nous avons passé seulement quelques heures dans l’hôtel, arrivée depuis Banaue à 3h30 du matin et nous sommes reparti à 8h30 ! Nous l’avons choisi par rapport à son emplacement géographique ( 10 min à pied de la gare autoroutière ) Check in ouvert 24h ! Top Propre Personnel sympa :)

Cons: La climatisation ne fonctionne pas très bien mais fonctionnait ! Peu d’espace de rangement si on y reste plusieurs jours( juste une petite table et 2 tabourets ) mais suffisant pour une nuit

Pros: the Receptionist was generous and also accomodating The room is decent and clean for its price perfect for travelers looking for a place to sleep Internet connection is Good, Hot shower is also available and working Overall, it was good I would like to recommend it for travelers looking for a budget friendly hotel.

Cons: It was a little bit noisy since it is near the public market but still tolerable, and Water supply is a bit slow flowing but can manage.
