Pros: The location, the apartment, the value for money,, the communication with the owner, the helpfulness of the owner and his housekeeper, the staff on the doors, the security on the entrance, convenient market and places to eat out, very close to the mall of Asia with plenty to do and see.

Cons: The reception staff and security need retraining in dealing with clients of hosts found them very annoying, dismissive and rude. Couldn't be bothered to deal with queries effectively. Just told you to contact your host or go to the admin office and when I did the queue was insane. Had a few issues with them
