Best staycation at Shell residences in MOA complex

Thoughtful Host, Comfortable Stay, and Great Location

Pros: This was my second stay with the same host, and once again, everything was smooth and welcoming. The unit is very close to MOA, with a newly opened laundromat just steps from the lobby. It comfortably fits four adults with three well-arranged beds. The host greeted me warmly and stayed reachable throughout my stay. I appreciated the helpful house manual—thanks to the host for that, and I recommend all guests take time to read it. The pools looked inviting. I consider my next stay in one of the host's Makati listings. A responsible and caring host who consistently delivers comfort and peace of mind. Absolutely highly recommended.

Cons: The condo has strict security, which can be a bit inconvenient for visitors.

Pros: The location of the place is unbeatable. Very central and close to the airport

Cons: The owner kept messaging me if we checked in alright and if there are any questions. Like, id message you if i need anything but otherwise let me enjoy my holiday you know?

Excellent value for money with mall of asia 5 min walk away.

Pros: I am regurarly comming to this appartment because it has a great value for money. It is maybe with some small issues however the price is amazing and swimming pool is great bonus. I will definitely come back again.

Cons: Small things, sometimes you see a bugs somewhere on the hallway but in asia it is not an issue.

It was very pleasant and surprisingly the host and his staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Great value for money, ideal for one or two individuals.

Pros: Nice apartment, very close to the Mall of Asia and all the shops. With a nice pool and everything you need in the vicinity. A bonus is the massage salon right next to the entrance.

Aircon was a life saver during April. Very convenient place to stay with the location.

Lokalizacja w nowoczesnej części Manili, kilkaset merów od olbrzymiego centrum handlowego MOA. W budynku na parterze sklep spożywczy 24h , restauracja arabska i japońska , salon masażu. W budynku jest gigantyczny basen z barem lecz nie starczyło czasu żeby z niego skorzystać . Polecam
