Pros: Loved the location. Proximity & access to the Green Hills mall. Clean, well appointed rooms. Great gym and Pool

Cons: Check in staff and bit rigid almost unfriendly.Some rules did not make sense. Difficult to get extra towels and bedding.

Pros: Staff professional and friendly. Property clean and well maintained. Studio room a bit small but ok

Cons: Not enough towels. No replacement of toilet paper unless requested. Staff unable to book an airport shuttle. Stated they were not available.....? Breakfast was average. Mainly for American travellers.

New Year's stay

Pros: Everything. We liked how it was connected to the mall and how convenient it is to get around. We were also able to see some fireworks from our room which we really enjoyed.

Great location and facilities.

Pros: The location was very close the Green Hills shopping mall and this is the reason why we chose to stay here.

Cons: When we were looking at this accommodation we asked for a room for 3 adults. We chose a studio room because this room was an option for 3 adults, when we arrived we were told it only had 2 single beds, I did query this direct with the hotel before and they said it would be ok. They mentioned the beds on our arrival and they said they would put the beds together but it was a very tight space for all 3 of us. I am not sure why they didn’t mention this to us before, because we would have booked a different room? Had to ask several times for extra provisions & towels.

Highly Recommend!

Pros: I absolutely loved the convenience! Being literally just steps away from the Greenhills Shopping Center made all my shopping, dining, and grocery trips incredibly easy. The entire residence is nice and clean, and the amenities are top-notch. The swimming pool is spotlessly clean and a true pleasure to use. The whole experience genuinely felt like a home away from home.
