Pros: Staff at the front desk are really kind and helpful. I was even upgraded a room and I was able to have an early check-in too. The accomodation itself is well presented, my room was very spacious with a great view window too.

Pros: Super clean and spacious room. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Cons: The aircon in our room (1216) was a bit noisy. Also, the smell from the bathroom was not so nice. You smell it as soon as you enter the door. Thankfully, it didn't permeate the entire room.

Pros: Summit hotel greenhills is my second home whenever I am back in manila staffs were just amazing and very accommodating! Best location food places everywhere only by walking distance and great shopping

A very pleasant stay!

Pros: The Location was great. Close enough to walk to a lot of places, restaurants and shops, around 10 minutes walk to Greenhills. The staffs were very friendly and accomodating, we always get greetings from everyone. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Lots of options both filipino and continental. I specially loved the ampalaya and bangus. Our room was nice, the king size bed and pillows was absolutely comfortable. I would like to add: the elevators are very hot inside and there is a sewage smell coming out of the drain in the toilet/bathroom. We have been told this is being address by building engineers. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Pros: We arrived early 2 hours before check-in. We had coffee at the hotel restaurant while waiting for the room to be ready didn't take long. Precious was very helpful and got us check-in easy. All the staff were very helpful and also very nice friendly people

The room is spacious, clean, good location and all staff were attentive and professional.

Pros: Location is great, safe area within the localities. Hospital nearby, restaurant across the street and the Summit Cafe food price is very reasonable. Staff were all professional and friendly.

Cons: Would be good to have additional few choices of bread for breakfast but overall good. Bathroom linen such as bathmat requires new one as it is already worn out with few holes.

Amazing stay! It's great value for money.

Pros: The buffet breakfast was good. There weren't a lot of choices but that's fine for the price. Also, the room was really clean and smelled great. The bed was so comfy and there was an iron and iron board in the room. The bathroom was spacious enough, and the hot shower worked well.

Cons: The elevator is not airconditioned so it's really hot when you enter coming from the room and hallways.
