Perfect place to stay on budget

Pros: Very clean place. The location is a bit far from everything, but if that doesn’t matter to you then this is perfect. It’s a clean place, no cockroaches, the staff is very friendly, and the costs are quite low for what you get. There’s also a 7-11 nearby, and all in all it’s a relaxed place to stay.

Cons: What was less good about the place is that they have strange rules, like having to leave your key at the reception when you go outside, as if you’re a child. I don’t understand this rule at all and it’s really ridiculous, because you have to sign a paper stating that they are not responsible for theft in your room, and then you’re required to leave your key there where everyone walks past and can easily grab it, since the staff don’t watch it all the time.

Pros: The location is not that noisy. Its a good place to stay when you are tired of everything else in manila. Perfect room for a big family like us.

Feels like the province without too much compromise.

Pros: There's two bottles of 500 ml water for every night of stay which i didn't expect. The price is actually quite good for the length of stay.

Cons: There is not a lot of places to eat nearby. However you can get food delivered via grab. Totally not their fault. But the location is quiet and has a rustic, laid-back vibe to it despite of still being inside metro manila area.
