A comfortable stay in Manila

Pros: Property gives campus vibes. The room is tiny but not too small and bathroom space is well organized. I think it has its own charme. Bed is comfortable and there’s a little fridge useful to keep some snacks. We were there for just two days before hopping on islands for 10 days and staff were gentle to keep our extra luggage there for the whole time, letting us have a more comfortable trip on islands.

Great location, good value friendly staff always a pleasure to return to the go hotel Otis

Pros: It’s good value for money. The property is clean the staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall I cannot fault anything with go hotel at Otis

Cons: I liked everything about the hotel, so there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property and I know the property well so it’s ideal for what my wife and I need

Great accomodation, decent location.

Pros: Helpful staff, very clean and modern room with good amenities. A great base to explore Manila, we were very happy with our stay.

Cons: This isn’t a complaint - but you’d likely need to get a ride to go to a restaurant, unless you want to eat in the mall next door, which was fine.

Pros: Bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the staff consistently acknowledged me passing around(surely they do the same to all guests) Also, very accommodating as I requested to be moved to atleast with window. This really made my overall stay enjoyable.

Fantastic stay - we love staying here

Pros: We always enjoy staying here when we are in Manila. The location is perfect - easy access to Malate, Binondo and the many casino’s! The staff really make this place - special mention to Nikki and Neale on the front desk. Like last year they were exceptional. I availed the laundry service from the hotel this time (I did not know it was available last year) and it was excellent. Very reasonably priced, efficient and they did a great job.

Cons: My room 5115 was too cold. Even though I set the air con to 24 degrees, it constantly sat on 20 degrees. I raised this with the housekeeping staff, however I was advised there was no issue with it.
