Pros: The price matches the quality of the room. Malinis, responsive ung unit owner pag may mga tanong kami, and accommodating ung mga staff. Malapit sa simbahan, fastfood, pharmacy, grocery, di na kailangan magpa grab kung masipag maglakad. Wifi connection is stable. May hot shower pa.

Cons: Walang elevator since may kasama kaming senior, but only a minor issue. Ung lamig ng aircon di enough para palamigin ung laki ng room, pero pinahiram kami ng owner ng electric fan
