Great location and value for money

Pros: The location is great - you can walk safely even during the night. But if you don’t want to do so they have a nice rooftop bar on site! We has our flight really early and their take away breakfast was really good - one of the best we’ve ever got in Asia!

If you want to have a comfortable, but loud, hotel in a busy area - this is a great option for you

Pros: The first thing I have to mention is how incredible the staff was at UNWND. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating when we had some initial trouble with our room. The breakfast was also great, and even better was the option to take it to go when needed, so even if you were in a rush you could still benefit from this perk!

Cons: Given its location, its pretty loud. There was also some sort of event happening on Saturday night in the lobby which meant tons of people and blasting music in addition to blasting music on the roof. This wasn't advertised to us on booking, and was a rude surprise when we were trying to get a good night's sleep. We also had to change rooms because our first room didn't have basically any wifi signal and the fusebox made a loud buzzing noise. The breaker box also made a lot of noise in the second room but only after running the AC for a long time.

Perfect place for a day trip

Pros: Great location and great staff. Breakfast was good and staff was accommodative. I'm glad we chose to stay here.

Cons: Room sizes are too small with no place to keep the luggage.

Great for a night in Manila

Pros: Spacious room, nice and modern. Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice roof top and close to other buidlings with great views to watch the sunset. Ideal for a stopover, close to the airport.

Cons: Pretty noisy during the night as some guests came back from a night out. Not the hotels fault, but given they have dorm rooms - it can be a little more hostel than serene hotel.

Convenient B & B in happening Poblacion district

Pros: Staff always available, very friendly and helped us out with what we needed. Particularly enjoyed the breakfast! Very close to lots of good bars in Poblacion district and an easy walk to Rockwell mall.

Cons: No issues, it met our expectations.
