Great stay overall!

Pros: The location couldn’t be more convenient — it’s close to everything, making it incredibly easy to explore and get around the area. Adding to the convenience, there’s a 24-hour convenience store right downstairs, perfect for grabbing essentials or a late-night snack. The room itself is spotless, offering a clean and comfortable space to unwind. The balcony provides a lovely city view, creating a great spot to relax and take in the surroundings. Plus, with 24-hour security, you can enjoy peace of mind throughout your stay.

Cons: I was quite disappointed to learn that the management or staff didn’t have an extra key to access the rooms in case of emergencies. While I was informed of this policy beforehand, I was jetlagged and in a hurry, so it slipped my mind. When I left my key card in the room and came downstairs planning to eat out, I realized my mistake. I sought assistance from security, and to my surprise, I was told that similar incidents had happened before. The suggested solution? To access my balcony through the neighboring room’s balcony and enter my room that way. Not only was this incredibly inconvenient, but it also felt downright dangerous. However, with no other choice, I reluctantly followed through. It would make a world of difference if the management could implement a safer, more practical alternative for situations like this. A spare key or a secure override system would not only provide better service but also ensure guests feel safer and more supported in such scenarios.
