Pros: To be honest, I was anticipating my stay based on the negative reviews here but upon arrival, nagustuhan ko siya within my 2 weeks stay: 1. Ang lambot ng bed and malinis din, well cleaned sheets. 2. Compelete yung facilities as mentioned. 3. Ang lamig ng aircon. 4. No any type of pest was present during my whole stay. 5. Mababait na mga staff, like security and laundry area. 6. Malapit sa lahat ng food establishments, mall, hospital, pharmacy, and mrt. Overall, my whole stay was very comfortable.

Cons: So far to my stay, the elevator only, may time lang na mahirap bumaba dahil laging full

Pros: I like cz near the high Way near establishment near the edsa and mrt station

Cons: I don't like cz the never pot some toiletry like bathroom tissue trustbag

Pros: it's perfect looking in the heart of city. lots of shop nearby and accessible to all kinds of public transport.

Pros: Easy and accessible to the ofis. Comfortable and very homey

Cons: Needs improvement on cleaning of the room

Pros: I like the atmosphere around. Outside so convenient.

Cons: I dont like only the appliances inside the room all is broken. TV,ref.is not on. The electric sockets are not so safe.....

Pros: I like the location of the place because it's very accessible.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: I'm satisfied for staying here with my family, the staff are very accommodating and they gave us consideration since we need to check in earlier than scheduled time and also for the extension of stay. Thank you will book here once again if needed.

Cons: the only thing is the elevator problem and also the exit area which we cannot get out as the door has no handle to open the doos from exit to get inside to other floorr.

It's not perfect but it served its purpose

Pros: The room is spacious. It has complete things we need in the kitchen. The water supply is abundant. AC is functioning real good. We were offered a room cleaning service every 3 days. Above all, the location of the building is on point. It's near everything. There's Jollibee, Watsons, market, convenience stores, automated teller machines and a looooot more. It's also near SM megamall and MRT station.

Cons: The heater in the comfort room wasn't working. Also, the wifi didn't work, as well. It actually did work on the first two days of our stay but for the remaining six days, it no longer not. We tried to contact the staff but was still not resolved. We resorted to mobile data but it was too hard to get a good signal. Towels provided were a little too old and not as presentable.

First timer and will do it again

Pros: Comfortable, very accessible. You can walk to shang, mega mall etc.

Cons: None, the owner and caretakers are very approachable. The staff of the building are very polite and respectful.

Pros: I love the view 💗 and the location. The tv is great and the WiFi 😀 and you can cook food in the rice cooker and there is a fridge, microwave, and electric heater...

Cons: The aircon is making a clicking sound sometimes and it's disturbing 😅. There is no Garbage collecting, I don't know maybe it's voluntary to bring it down?. And small cockroaches but i like to kill it😆
