Avida Towers Intima Paco

Pros: Well equipped and spacious apartment with washing machine and iron which were very convenient. Communication with host was good, resolved issue with the WiFi password and managed the checkin process with the security guard at the front desk. WiFi is very fast and swimming pool is nice and large. Good for short or long term stays with kitchen provided.

Cons: A little bit dirty with hair and dust on the floor when I checked in. Washing machine power outlet wasn't working, had to use an extension cable and connect to another outlet on the other side of the kitchen.

Superb !

Pros: The location is excellent—not too busy or noisy. The lobby staff were friendly, and the convenience store and restaurant downstairs are great perks, with the restaurant being an ideal option for breakfast. The check-in process was straightforward and smooth. The facilities are well-equipped, featuring a fridge, reliable Wi-Fi, TV, AC, water heater, kettle, washing machine, among others. Additionally, common amenities include access to a swimming pool.

Cons: When I arrived, I felt the room wasn’t clean enough, as there were small grains on the floor and in the bed. This meant I had to sweep the unit and wash the bedding, which was less than ideal on the first day of my stay. Additionally, the window shade wasn’t completely opaque—it was a bit transparent—making it difficult to sleep late into the morning. However, these issues were minor.

It was a nice stay and would definitely book again in the future

Pros: It was clean, comfy, had access to many appliances, wifi, tv, washing machine, and its location was good. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

Very Kozy, will book again.

Pros: Accommodating staff made us feel welcome unlike some places we’ve booked where my Filipina wife was treated like a criminal until we jumped through all kinds of hoops.

Cons: Short wife, tall chairs, and couldn’t reach the microwave without climbing up on something.
