Très bien placé pour visiter Rizal Parc et Intra muros. Un 7/11 ou autre magasin de ce type serait agréable dans un

Pros: Endroit calme et sécurisé. Personnel agréable. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. L’appartement est propre et confortable. La vue du balcon est splendide.

Cons: L’accès à la piscine non compris dans le prix de la location et le prix d’accès est un peu élevé quand on veut juste faire un bain rapide après une journée de visite. On peut aussi regretter le manque de commerces en proximité direct de la tour

Pros: Gute Wohnung,sauber,sehr ruhig,sichere Gegend( wichtig in Manila) ,man kann zu Fuß nach Intramuros laufen, der Tower ist bewacht,man kann zur 48 Etage hochfahren... spektakulär bei Nacht, würde jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wenn in Manila,Metrostation vor der Tür
