Vangie's Place at SEA RESIDENCES

Pros: Ate Vangie was very nice and accommodating. The place is walking distance to MOA. There are nearby convenience stores and restaurants.

Cons: There are block spots on some tiles in the bathroom. Nevertheless, it was clean.

Condo by the mall.

Pros: The proximity to the Mall of Asia and IKEA was a plus, however transport connections to the rest of the city were sketchier. I liked that Vangie's assistant met us and showed us to the room. It seemed well equipped. The price was very fair. It was basically clean too!

Cons: The room was, I think, smaller than expected - not unlike the other nearby condo complexes. It must have been the camera. A surprisingly strong chemical cleaning agent scent greeted us. Nevertheless, a single small cockroach emerged confidently from UNDER the fridge the next morning. It was not made clear to us whether we had pool access, ... or not. A/C was quite strong for a small bedroom, so it was turned on and off a few times at night - despite the temp. adjustment dial. Lastly, maybe, I misread, but I was expecting powdered tea or coffee for breakfast. That was a feature that differentiated it from others when selecting.

Prime location!

Pros: Prime location! There is about 250-300m walk where youre exposed to the elements but once you reach the bridge to Mall of Asia youre good. The place is no frills and comfortable. Wifi equipped and airconditioning is adequate. Mam Vangie is super helpful and attentive, checking on us daily how our stay is.

Cons: Wish we could have an ironing board in the accommodation.

Location location easy walk to MOA. Will certainly return

Pros: Very cosy, clean Vangie is a pleasant person. Easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Pros: Balcony view of the mall of Asia! Front door right next to some restaurants and convenience store Comes with a hybrid washer/Dryer for laundry Comes with electric stove, plates, and utensils to save on having to buy plastic forks/spoons and paper plates

Cons: TV lacks any real casting support, or it just wasn't working

Almost excellent except for an issue that the owner has no control, it's the building's problem.

Pros: The location was good but there was no breakfast in the hotel. Don't know what breakfast you're referring to.

Cons: There was some minor issue in the unit, but it's between me and the owner of the unit.
