Wonderful flat with superb views

Pros: The location and the view. Flat was clean and comfortable. And it was on the 39th floor so the view was outstanding.

Cons: The lifts to the 39th floor were overflowing at busy times. The directions for accessing the flats could have been better. There were no instructions on how to operate the facilities in the flat. The shower for example we couldn't work out how to get hot water from it.

Fab location very very small apt wood go back

Pros: The location is 10-10 standing out above Rizal park . Close to Intramos walls . The amenities were good , had chance to wash and tumble clothes for next leg . 2 large tvs with you tube Netflix login . Large bed . 2 Aircon units worked perfect . 6 lifts so no waiting as on 39 th floor . Let us have early check in. The apt was clean , no dust or dirt apart from the tile shower grout . Nothing new in Asia as they don’t use bleach . After first initial disappointment of the tiny tiny apt , we would go back for location . Exactly like pictures but tiny than you’d think

Cons: NO POOL the biggest issue for us was the pool can not be used by anyone but residents unless it’s mon tues wed ( check the days) owner reckoned she didn’t know this .!!! Real disappointment .No plug sockets at side of bed . We couldn’t get the electric shower to work and the other shower didn’t have hot water . Walking in was like walking into Currys (uk) so many large appliances in such a tiny place . Although there’s a balcony it’s not usable no chairs no room

A great view over Manila with a roof top access directly before Rizal Park

Pros: The great view over Manila you have not so often in hotels. All was here, a small kitchen, a bedroom, shower and a sofa.

Cons: The numbers of the locker box are difficult to read.

Woww....amazing view over Rizal Park and the sea

Pros: An amazing location. Next to Rizal Park and Intramuros. Great view on Rizal Park and the sea. I think the best view and location in Manilla.

Perfect location

Pros: Perfect location with a great view, the staff and security very helpful. Instruction on how to get the key to enter the apartment was very clean and straightforward.

Cons: The place is quite small, there was no space for the luggage.

Pros: The great view from the room, also from the rooftop there, the cleanliness of the whole flat.

Overall very nice - could have stayed longer.

Pros: Very nice building with lovely view of the city. Use of facilities and more roomy than usual hotels.

Cons: Washroom was small; there was a load of clothes in the washing machine and my partner had a bit of trouble finding the key. Sound of trains.

Pros: The host's reaction to problems with the cooker. We got an immediate replacement. All in all, the stay was great. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Cons: The frying pan needs changing for a new one.

Great location for a quick stay in Manila

Pros: Great view, big bed, it was clean and easy to access. We were able to use the pool with négociation. It’s walking distance fro intramuros. Super spot for sunset! Easy to contact the host.

Cons: If you are sensitive to the noise the sound of the train just downstairs is really loud. It was ok for us. The pool was closed the first day and not accessible FRIDAY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY for guests…

Brilliant!

Pros: Everything. The location was perfect with an amazing view across Rizal park with the dancing light show fountains, and across the whole of Manila. The condo had everything you could possibly need. Seats were comfy, bathroom and shower great, bed lovely and comfortable etc

Cons: Nothing at all.
