Pros: We loved this little flat! Great location with easy access to tourist spots and the metro (which was great to get around on). The views are lovely, the kitchen facilities good, and the whole place clean. The staff were helpful and we used both the pool and gym facilities which we had to our selves pretty much. The beds were fairly comfortable and AC worked well.

Cons: No hot water from the shower but weather is so hot it didn't matter too much

Pros: the building is convenient if your business is with US embassy. it is just walking distance. there are a lot of food stores and convenience stores in the premises. the place is convenient, the room is clean.

Cons: the bed on the other hand needs a serious upgrade. it's not comfortable to sleep in. but the pillows are great.

GREAT PLACE 😍 Pearl of the Orient Tower Unit 16E

Pros: 👌The location is very accessible. 👌Proximity to essential stuff like food, grocery, pharmacy, etc was exemplary. Walking distance even to the mall. 👌Clean room. From sheets to utensils and toilet were all clean. 👌Ms. Jack, the host, was very nice and friendly. 💯 👌Got it on sale price so it was affordable when we stayed.

Cons: Not that I didn't like, it was okay and comfortable but maybe the mattress could be improved.. Maybe plitan nung hindi nalundo. Pero don't get me wrong, it was soft, bouncy and comfortable. Yung baby ko lng ang hindi makaikot at gapang kapag katabi na ako kasi malundo. 😅

Our stay is very nice because the place is very clean and have complete utensils and appliances.

Pros: The place is clean, the beds are big, the guards are all very nice and helpful.The place is very near the US embassy. I even told my fellow applicants about the place and they are considering the place.

Cons: If only there is indoor parking

I love the overall experience.

Pros: Access to the location & no hassle getting inside our room. Basic amenities are present.

Cons: 1. We can't use the TV. No local channels or Netflix. I brought my USB with movies in it but the USB port of the TV doesn't work. 2. The toilet having trouble flashing, too slow. Maybe consider buying a bucket.
