Fabulous location and value for money

Pros: Great location and amenities. Spacious. View is super! Fabulous value for money.

Cons: The cleaning could be improved. Some areas were dusty or not properly cleaned. Some things could do with renewal

Pros: I like the location, accessible to everythings malls, banks, eateries, transport,supermarket etc. The place has a swimming pool where friends can bond with us, and the whole place is clean and staff are good. The room has netflix and you tube, a microwave and a water heater, 1 br and 2 tv and a lounge. The hallway is quiet and relaxing coz the staff or cleaners are not noisy.happy to stay in this unit.

Cons: Theres nothing that i dont like. The place is perfect for me coz everything i need is provided in that unit. Comfortable and peaceful.

Visit Portotiva

Pros: I would recommend Portotiva to everyone. Amy insures your stay is very pleasant by keeping you updated with all pertinent information. The accommodations overlook the pool and parts of the city. The apartment is comfortable, the staff is very helpful, and the malls and restaurants are a block away. I'll be returning there on my next visit to the Philippines.

Pros: Very Nice and near to all Malls and easy access for transportation. Good clean and Cozy and all the room is aesthetic very Comfortable to stay in.

Cons: Extension wire must be fixed or the circuit.

Pros: I like the view from the place, the location of course cauz it's near Araneta, had to be there for a fanmeeting with my fave korean actor and how spacious the condo is. Pros: The area is good. Near plenty of malls and shops. Near the buses, LRT and MRT as well. It has a nice view as well right outside the balcony.

Pros: Buong stay po eh goods for us, walang hassle and maayos ang stay namin within 3 days. Salamat po sa pag accomodate nyo samin. Next time po ulit pipiliin po namin ang unit nyo.
