Cozy Studio with Beautiful View & FREE Netflix Access

Perfect for alone a=or couple stay,

Pros: Safe and comfortable environment, friendly security and reception, fan and AC, hot water, fridge, all in good condition. 7/11 in the building, restaurant 1 minute walk away, SC (Alimall) is across the street, Gateway 1 and 2 10 mins walk away.

Cons: Key lock needs attention

Pros: The unit was very clean and cosy. It's huge and has everything you need. And the host was very accomadating. This unit is highly recommendable and money worth!!!

Very nice stay!

Pros: Good, modern, clean apartment. Strong WIFI. Equipped with a fridge and microwave. Free coffee provided in drawer. Some free toiletries in bathroom. Both the host and the caretaker of the condo communicated excellently. Free Netflix. Good, easy access to the 15th floor, via a lift/elevator. Quite spacious. I would recommend.

Cons: Some very tiny ants in room. Also, the days that i booked, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Which was frustrating, as i had actually booked the place with the swimming pool in mind.

Short review

Pros: Location is nice, near the coliseum. So after we watched The Corrs, we can easily have some rest.

Cons: The neighbors are so loud. Not sure if they are the residents or renters as well like us.

Perfect location if you want a quick access to the malls

Pros: It's strategically located near malls and restaurants. There's a few ATMs around the area, fastfood chains are a few steps aways, and a lot of food options too. It is guarded and manned 24/7 which is super assuring. The room itself is just perfect for a short stay like ours.

Cons: We were able to sleep because we were too tired from a very long flight but were awaken by the constuction noise from the other units. Not the owner's fault though, that's out of their control, so it was okay.

We will book this place again on our next Cubao vacay.

Pros: We attended a concert in Smart Araneta Coliseum - it is walkable. Malls and restaurants are nearby too. The room is clean and they also have Netflix, Disney+, Youtube etc. The caretaker was also very nice and accommodating.

Pros: Very tidy and lovely apartment. A good bed and nice bathroom.

Pros: The owner was very approachable and accommodating. They responded to our queries and even made adjustments for us. The place is near convenience stores/fast food chains and is very accessible.
