Pros: The ease of check in. We had travelled quite a fair bit, almost 15 hours flight- various transit. We were fortunate to be able to check in early because the previous guest had checked out which was good on our part. We checked out early because we had a another flight to take and the host was able to meet us on our way out- check out was hassle free- very good too.

Pros: All of the appliances are working well. The room was neat when we arrived and the ac is strong enough to cool the entire room.

Cons: The window lock is broken so it can't be fully closed so the city noise still enters, especially at night.

Pros: Clean and comfy like living in your own home. Good value for money spent and easy communication with the unit owner. Will recommend this to friends

Cons: It's hard to find in google maps when putting SMDC Coast it will lead you to nowhere. May also need a safety lock at the door

Pros: Good facilites, had everything we needed - Netflix, washing machine, shop downstairs and some restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: More of an Airbnb than a hotel but was still fine
