Accomodating, secure & centrally located. Shops, specialty stores, food outlets on groud floor.

Pros: The host was lovely, very accomodating and was prepared to meet us with the keys. The location was great with the rail right there, supermarket and restaurants/fast food outlets were literaly on the ground floor. Not that we needed them, playground and large swimming pool on the 8th floor for kids and family. Felt really safe, as security guard checks your pass coming into the reception area.

Cons: Weekend checkin was a bit of an issue as the reception/admin was not there to organise a pass for security so we weren't able to come a go easily until Monday so the host met us to check us in as a guest until then.

Pros: This is the one the best apartment I stayed at in SMDC, the person managing is so polite and helpful. I stayed in this unit multiple times and it's a very good experience.
