Nice stay in Manila

Pros: +very good contact with helpful owner +a pleasant unit with good facilities and necessary equipment + nice view from window (45th floor) + safe estate with many swimming pools + very close is shopping mall where you can shop and eat something + metro station next to the estate

Cons: -complicated procedure for purchasing tickets to the swimming pool - This is not a place for smokers, there are smoking bans everywhere, you cannot smoke in public places except the parking lot, where as a guest you do not have access because you do not have the card that the owners have. So if you want to go there to smoke you have to wait until someone enters/leaves the parking lot to get in or out. - cockroaches everywhere but it's a problem throughout the city - the view from the window is not of the swimming pool but of the other side of the city - shower little broken
