Pleasant, comfortable stay

Pros: The facility was good, the room was moderately well equipped, it had a cooker but no pot or pan. The pools were nice and very clean, the elevators were clean, everything was clean. The air con worked well so it was easy to be comfortable in the room. The bed was comfy. There was a big screen tv as well, fridge, microwave and oven toaster. My bathroom had a washing machine, a short clothes line and towel rail, though not all rooms have the clothes line. The balcony was small but sufficient, the heat was such that it was too warm to use mostly!

Cons: You have to wait to be given a key card by security to get out, which you then hand back. You also had to show your letter from the apartment on your phone to gain access, every single time, which could be difficult when you had shopping. However, security is a big thing there and it does mean the only people inside the building are entitled to be there. They could work a better system though.
