Book this condo , you won’t regret it . Best place to stay in makati

Pros: I always try and stay in this condo in the air residence as it’s just beautiful. Love the decor as feels like home from home.

Cons: The lack of lifts that work , it’s getting worse there . But this doesn’t reflect on the condo as it’s the building maintenance . One day I waited an hour to get to my floor 😱

A very comfortable stay. Would stay again when I am back in Manila

Pros: Place is cozy and in a good location, accessible to most establishments that you need in the city. Banks, malls, restaurants and night life are all within walking distance.Building staff too are nice and respectful.

Cons: Not much of an issue since I didn’t cook and was most of the time out but both the kitchen and bathroom sink had a problem when I was there. They offered to have someone come to fix it but opted to let them fix it when I checked out since I was always out or asleep. It’s probably fixed by now so all good
