Pros: I really enjoyed the view from my condo room, and everything was very well maintained. The space was clean, comfortable, and made for a truly relaxing stay. I felt at ease the entire time and was able to unwind properly. One of the best parts was the convenience of the location—there was a supermarket and all the shops I needed just a one-minute walk away. It made my stay extremely comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing experience.
Cons: Check-in at Air Residences took longer than expected due to the high volume of guests. I believe the reception area could benefit from expansion or better crowd management during peak check-in times. While the processing itself was handled efficiently once it started, I was disappointed to see a receptionist eating chips at the front desk in full view of guests. It came across as unprofessional, especially in a customer-facing role. A more appropriate approach would be to step aside or take breaks away from the reception area. Aside from this experience, the staff worked quickly to complete the check-in process. However, professionalism at the front desk is important, and I hope this is addressed moving forward.

Pros: Comfy and spacy room. Everything you need, even everything you need to cook for yourself. I could stay there again.

Overall great stay and highly recommended!
Pros: The host Dan was accommodating and responsive. He helped with all I requested on a timely manner. The location was also strategic and convenient. There is a grocery at the ground floor, good restaurants aroind, and the condominium's amenities were also nice.
Cons: There were cockroaches sometimes.

Great stay
Pros: Great location walking distance to malls, restaurants etc and a very reasonable price for makati Pleasant building staff and host, simple check in anytime with key code , doorstep access for grab cars and delivery (floor 2 for food) Busy building this season with lots of people coming and going but effective escalators there’s plenty of them. Would definitely book again

Pros: This small studio/1 bed apartment is ideally located for the city centre. There's a small shopping centre in the building so ideal if you want to cook which we did on a couple of occasions. Bed was comfortable, Aircon efficient and the shower water as hot as you like although the water pressure is never going to knock you over. The owner kindly provided Netflix on the big TV and the washing machine was welcome after a couple of weeks of travel. The pool area is big and there's an exercise walkway but sadly no gym The apartment is not huge but perfectly adequate for 1 or 2 people for a few days to a week exploring the fabulous city. It's not glamorous at all and slightly overly furnished as I suspect it is someone's home but that's not an issue for me. Priced competitively for our stay a solid 8/10
Cons: A gym would be nice, less furniture in the apartment would make it feel a bit more spacious but generally fine.

Pros: Excellent location, amazing views, secure, light speed fast wifi, modern and most importantly, it felt like home. Comfortable in every way.

Worth the price!
Pros: The owner can be easily contacted. I'm very grateful for his assistance and also for the complimentary early check-in. The access of the unit is really convenient and worry-free. No need to worry about forgetting keys or cards but just remember the code. The room is clean and u can tell it by the smell.
