Azenith Staycation At Sea Residences Moa

Pros: Good place. The only thing I didn't like was the small cockroaches in the morning, but I only stayed for one night so no problem :)

Enjoyable stay and wants to return for future getaways.

Pros: We love the comfort of the room and the view outside. Very cozy place and ideal for a weekend just to go to MOA where we were actually heading. The hostess welcomed us at the entrance and ensured we were comfy and settled. My friend and I appreciated that. I'll keep it in my address book to come back.

Cons: The fact that the reception could not communicate with us in English making us quite distressed a little bit at night.

Best place close to MOA

Pros: One of few places with furniture on the balcony, a proper bed instead of s sofa, nice design. The staff was SUPER accommodating letting me leave the luggage before and after check in/ out.

Cons: No microwave, no shopping board.

Pros: I stayed 9 nights 10 days was so Beautiful Holiday with my family the Condo was so good clean the location was perfect 5 mins walking distance to Ikea & Moa highly recommended the place .About the Room. We got prob about AC & Washing Machine but the owner transfer us other room then its ok Thank you Thea the Owner next time again

Cons: Ist we stayed their other condo Because we didn't feel comfortable bec their A/C Has prob and washing machine too then she moved us the other room the owner thea but when she transfer us in the other room the prob is under sink was dirty the forcep also not good and the rice cooker too the rest ok..

Pros: Nice unit, clean and nice view to Moa. Nice host, very helpful. 😊

Good value for the price, good property and location.

Pros: In a country that normally doesn't bother with water heaters, this room had a great one. About the only real hot shower I've had in the Philippines. Aside from that, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, and everything worked. It's across the street from MOA, but the noise level was not a problem at all. The owner accommodated some special requests which also made things easier for us. It would be a bit cramped if you had visitors, but for my wife, our infant daughter, and I, it was perfect.

Cons: The pictures showed a washing machine for clothes, but there wasn't one in the unit. This is my only complaint.

Pros: staff are so friendly and talkative and also the owner. they're so kind, the unit is very nice and clean this is not our last time thankyou.

Great Deal Near Mall of Asia!

Pros: I liked the price and location. 5 min walk to mall of asia.The host was quick to meet up with us to show us to the room and I liked we didn't have to pay in advance and we paid cash when we arrived. The internet was super fast and easy to connect. A/C was great 👍

Cons: No washer, but there is a laundry mat within 3 min walk nearby. The tv and blinds were very dusty, and the futton blanket smelled bad. There are small bugs inside and outside. I'm sure it's not just a pest issue with the room, but the entire building needs it. None of these issues are a big deal for the price, though. 👍
