Pros: Ms. Val, the manager is very sweet and accommodating. She is very attentive to answer my queries before my arrival. She kept me updated and made sure that someone will assist me to my room. She made sure to explain clearly the details for the room pricing as indicated by booking.com (such as VAT and other charges). The staff is very friendly and cheerful. They know how to provide the best customer service. I always stay at Sea Residences for my errands and I'm so glad that I have stayed at this property. Unlike other properties, my room here is very clean, airy and spacious and because of that, I will surely go back and stay at this property.

Wonderful stay

Pros: My husband stayed at this property for 1 night. The room is clean. He had a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly. They are very responsive. He was able to attend his meetings. Overall satisfied with the service

Cons: Pool fee. I understand that it is not part of the room fee
