It was a good stay, clean and spacious . Comfy place, Like home that makes us very comfortable.

Pros: I love the place. so clean , its big and the host were very accommodating. its perfect for place to stay like a weeks or more . And also very near to mall and have 7/11 and a alfamart.

Cons: i love everything there.. we had a sink issue but its alright cz we do some alternatives for that and we didn't able to call to the owner cz we keep on going outside. Im sure if we call her she will be there immediately. All in all the place are very super nice ,

Overall, a great stay with a few minor setbacks.

Pros: Great for a couple. The kitchen had all the essentials. The bathroom was clean, small but just right, and even had a washing machine. The sofa could be turned into a bed, and the main bed was comfortable. The room had air conditioning, which made it perfect.

Cons: Everything was great, except we asked for an early check-in because we arrived at 8 am. We got there at 10:30 am but had to wait an hour and a half for the apartment to be vacated and cleaned. This was a bit disappointing after a long 10-hour flight when we just wanted to rest. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Good value comfortable enough for me

Pros: Location is very convenient, the unit is small but comfortable and Elvio was very friendly. I will surely stay here on my next trip

Cons: Maybe Neflix subscription

Bon appartement complet

Pros: Appartement propre, avec toutes les commodités Lave-linge Quartier pratique, 7eleven au pied de la résidence, mall très proche Immeuble surveillé Propriétaire sympathique avec contact facile

Cons: Piscine payante 150 pesos / passage, avec interdiction d'y boire ou manger Check-in un peu laborieux et long (même si le propriétaire avait bien transmis toutes les informations aux vigiles qui ne savaient pas où les chercher...)

SATISFIED STAY

Pros: All the appliances are working, ang ganda ng room spacious,kaya ng 4 na tao. Malakas ang aircon,may automatic na washing machine, working naman ang hot and cold shower, near 711 and BDO . Di mahirap hanapin ang princeton, katabi lang din ang gilmore sakayan ng tren, Mabait si owner, nakahiram din kami ng plantsa. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay to your comfortable condotel.

Cons: Wala naman. Ayaw na nga namin umuwi eh. 🤣

Pros: love the location and how warm the welcome is, also the owner checks on us from time to time :)
