Comfy stay
Pros: It's easy to communicate eith the host. Easy booking. The bed and linens are clean and soft. Very comfortable. The room can accommodate up to 6 person. The condo has complete utensils and things use for cooking. It has a water dispenser with full bottle of water. Elevators are fast. There is 24/7 convenience store near the entrance gate.

Pros: We love the place. Everything about it specially the cleanliness and the ambiance. The host also is very accommodating. We've booked late kasi hesitant pa kami sa plan. We've go there late at night without informing the host (our fault) but still he managed to get us in. Very genuine ng understanding nya sa amin. Thank you very much po Sir Gene and sa Aunt nyo na nag assist sa amin. We will surely book again and recommend your place to our friends and family. ❤️💕

Very convenient, comfortable/ homey, well accommodated. RECOMMENDED
Pros: Host and co-host were very accommodating, easy to communicate with, considerate, and gave detailed explanation regarding the room, house rules, and room access process. The unit was huge and homey. Very well decorated and everything was functional (Tablet, XBox, hair dryer, furniture, appliances including TVs, aircon, etc) and clean. Beddings and towels were also provided.
Cons: The unit needs pest control (just saw small cockroaches in bathroom). All in all, everything was great.

Pros: The place is clean, bedsheets are fresh. There are a gallon of drinking water, toiletries, and sachets of coffee. There are slippers that can be use. 8Ma'am Salina is very accommodating. The place is like a second home to me.

Very accessible location to LRT Line 2 station. Rude security guards.
Pros: Very accessible to LRT 2-Gilmore station, Robinsons Magnolia mall, a few convenience stores and public transpo. Host is easy to talk to.
Cons: Rude security guards both on the main entrance and parking, temporarily no seating sofa set, and small roaches in the living and kitchen area. I believe in the strictness of security for those who live in a condominium building but that doesn’t warrant the security personnels to be rude towards guests who made their reservations right and who have coordinated properly with the unit’s host.

Make sure na ready ang unit and they should have a complimentary for the cause of delay of check-in.
Pros: We stayed for 7 days. Sobrang homey and I love the comfortability of my bed while I'm recovering from my surgery, the room, the bunk beds and relaxing ang unit na ito, grabe wala na akong mahihiling pa. There's a NETFLIX, WiFi nagustuhan ng mga anak ko, mga laruan for my 8 years old son, complete ang mga appliances na hinahanap ko sa isang AirBNB. Veryresponsive pa ang host and even the caretaker.
Cons: Yung 1st day na supposed to be check-in na hindi parin ready ang unit. Almost 5pm narin natapos linisin ang unit. Barado daw yung lababo na iniwan ng guset na pinalitan namin. Kaya kahit I need to rest na dahil kakatapos lang ng surgery ko, naglilinis parin ang caretaker which gaves me not good feeling because of the faulty smell coming from the lababo and nakaaffect sa condition ko.

Overall nice, but needs some detailed maintenance.
Pros: Small but Cozy. Would have been too small if kids were with us even though there are beds available for them.
Cons: Needs some detailed maintenance. Shower hose was cracked and spraying all over. Couch’s armrests were loose and about to fall off. Several species of roach could be seen at anytime of day.
