Condo in Makati with Fast WiFi

Pros: best location. balcony spectacular view.,full kitchen

Pros: I stayed here a month in order to find somewhere longer term moving to Makati. In the time the host went out her way to make sure I was comfortable, as well as arranging weekly cleaning for me free of charge. Advert accurately describes the apartment.

Pros: Good location. Good and clean room. Would recommend.

Cons: Our room only included 2 people to use the pool area at the time, seemed a little restrictive since there were not crowded. Pool and gym area otherwise very nice.

Pros: no idea why people have rated badly here ... ? It was perfect, from the key handover, extra services for extra bed, extend stay etc. The apartment is clean, cosy and of course in a great location. The communication was at all times very easy and helpful. Thank you so much for the lovely days!

Cons: okay the air conditioning is a bit loud and for people with light sleep earplugs might be appropriate ;-)

Pros: Der Ausblick ist genial. Hatte einen Upgrade auf die 50. Etage.

Cons: Möblierung ist schon teilweise reif für etwas neues.

Super nice stay, great location and excellent host!

Pros: The location is excellent, the building is huge with nice facilities, it was very easy to check in. We had a little inconvenience upon arrival and Stacey, the host, fixed it very quickly.

Cons: There is a very strong smell of sewage in most floors. Please consider that it is a very old building, so some facilities could be improved.

Découverte depuis le centre

Pros: Bien placé dans le centre de Manille. Appartement spacieux dans un Condo top et sécurisé . Le propriétaire a l’écoute en cas de problème et donne de bon conseil via WhatsApp

Cons: Rien de particulier après une semaine..

地點方便，管制嚴格安全。

Pros: 地點在精華區，樓下就是小型shopping mall，最重要我固定換披索的店就在樓下。太方便了！房間是小套房格局，非常舒適，也可自己煮飯。進出都有保安，可以很安全。會再住。

Cons: 浴室稍微小了一點。
