Maria is a super host and the loft was an amazing experience.

Pros: The loft is amazing with a great view and was very clean and tidy size works well for 2-3 people stay.

Cons: Concierge can be strict

Pros: Love the location close to everything:) View from the rooom was impressive especially at night.

Cons: The host was very nice and kind. However, the lobby staff appeared visibly unhappy with their jobs, which made them come across as unapproachable and unfriendly when I asked for assistance. Their explanations were unclear, and it didn’t feel like they were willing to help. The check-in process was also more complicated than it needed to be. It would have been much smoother if the host had explained the procedure in advance. I also noticed several other guests experiencing the same confusion during check-in.

The proprty and staff were amazing as was the location. Maria our host was incredible, outstanding!!

Pros: Breakfast was not included but this was no issue as Century Mall Makati is basically attached and there were more than enough options there and in the surrounding area.

Cons: Nothing to mention.

Nice flat, well presented and positioned in a great condo.

Pros: I really liked the building. It is well established… but the building is maintained immaculately. The flat itself has a good sized living dining room and a separate bedroom, which like. There was plenty of hanging and storage space. The presentation of the flat was immaculate.

Cons: There were blinds for the windows … but I found they did not cut out enough light for my taste. The aircon in the bedroom was difficult to set.

Cons: The air in was a bit basic Communication via WhatsApp was so so Strict about ID and getting a pass but I guess that’s a good thing

Excellent value spacious apartment in a great location with nice facilities.

Pros: -Very spacious apartment for Makati and price -Although not new the apartment furnishings are acceptable and it was clean -High end building with a nice pool -Great location with the building adjoining a mall -Professional hosts with very good communication throughout the process

Cons: Can be tricky to catch taxis in the area, a few times had to wait quite a while to get one.
