wonderful stay in the heart of Makati

Pros: 1. The House itself is a very beautiful heritage house. 2. rooms are a reasonable space with T&B 3. location - very central 4. the lovely Jena, who welcomed us all, assisted us with everything and prepared the best breakfast for us - Thanks Jena!

Cons: 1. parking space 2. since its so close to school, you can hear how busy the streets are in the early mornings during weekdays apart from that nothing really to dislike as me and my family appreciates antiques and staying in a heritage house is like a dream come true!!

Comfortable central location for a large family group short stay in the city.

Pros: A character property tucked away in a low rise residential area but very close to commercial Rockwell mall on one side and nightlife on the other. Perfect for our family group of 10 - providing a memorable experience staying in Manila. We loved the original historic architectural features of the house - a rare find. Housekeeper was helpful and attentive. Thank you.

Cons: Some slight plumbing issues but these were resolved.
