The place is clean very comptable to stay

Pros: The place is very clean and very close to all my itinerary.

Cons: There is only 1 bin and its in the toilet no usb charging port

Highly recommended, clean and modern. Perfect location and will definitely recommend and come back!

Pros: Very clean, modern and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Building staff are great and always helpful. So close to everything and super convenient!

Cons: Only downside for us was the pillows. Just needed to be a bit more firm and not too soft.

Pros: Very close to MOA, restaurants and pretty much the places where we are planning to go. Close to the airport as well. The place is very clean and the host is very accommodating. It helped that there's a convenience store downstairs as it made it easy to buy stuff for cooking when we don't feel like eating out. There wasn't a problem with communication and I will surely book this place again if I need to come back to Manila.

Cons: Not against the host but probably the juristic office having to require payments for the pool. It felt weird as it is not the case in other countries.

The stay was great, the host was great , the location was superb..

Pros: The location was the best. It was in the middle of everything. All necessary things were attached to the building. The Building Security and other staffs were friendly and helpful.

Cons: The room size was a bit small.
