Very comfortable stay and would book again if staying in the area

Pros: Everything was great. The bed was really comfy and the couch and TV with Netflix was a nice addition.

Cons: Checkin process wasn't obvious. I went into the building and I thought I was suppose to check in with the guard who then told me to call the host which I couldn't as I didn't have credit. I messaged the host on the Booking.com app and this worked. Providing clear instruction for checkin would be helpful. I gave the host about 20 minutes notice to meet me before arriving but when I arrived I ended up waiting about 10 minutes in the foyer for the host.

It was a comfortable stay overall. Will definitely book again in the future. The agent is very accomodating as well.

Pros: It’s just few walks away from MOA. I love the view from the balcony!

Cons: A lil’ problem about the shower. Hope it get fixed.

Pros: My parents liked the room and that it's a walking distance to moa. The staff are so nice and helped us everything and even went out of their way to help us with our stuff. Overall it was a great stay. Would book again in the future.

Pros: Comftable and very good location since it’s near Mall of Asia.

Cons: Airconditioning is too weak and we weren’t able to connect to the WiFi.

Nice hosts and location to stay.

Pros: The communication with the host was extremely nice. We had some issues and we managed to have that resolved before arrival. During the stay another issue we had resolved aswell. I would def. recommend this location or go again.

Cons: The bed was for me a bit to hard to lay on. However this is not an issue if you're not used to a soft mattress.

Pros: MOAに近くて、バルコニーからMOAが一望できて、夜のイルミネーションが美しかった。今回は、SMモールオブアリーナでのLIVEのための宿泊でした。

Cons: シャワーの出が悪く、ぬるめのお湯しかでなかった。想定内だったので、問題なし。

The agent who received us was very friendly and replies with queries fast. I would definitely book this place again.

Pros: I like that we had MOA as our view! I loved that the place is near some of the best family attractions that one can go to such as DreamPlay, Okada WaterWorks, Space and Time Cube, etc. It’s location is very convenient.

Cons: The security guards could do more with a smile on their faces and be more accommodating.
