Value for money

Pros: The place is clean and in very location. Nicely decorated . Everything you need is there .

Cons: The towel provided is not absorbent . Not good after having a shower .

Pros: Walking distnce to MOA. The property is clean good for 2 people.

Cons: The smell coming from the sink is a little biit stinks maybe because the drainage is under repair.. We run out of hand soap and body wash in our last night but not a biggie.

Pros: Great location just few minutes walk to SM MOA. The unit was clean and bright. Lots of appliances available for you to use. Plus the internet was superb, we enjoyed watching movies. We recommend staying here if you guys are looking for a place to stay when going to concerts.

Pros: The place is just enough for a solo traveller like me, I like the location coz it's just a few minute-walk to MOA, and it's near NAIA. The toiletries and other supplies are ready. Wifi connection is very good! Price is justifiable!

Cons: A little dirt on the carpet but unnoticeable
