Pros: The property owner was very helpful and very responsive. The area was clean and well-equipped with nice air-conditioning, laundry, kitchenwares, hot shower and TV entertainment. Room rates is reasonable. I would definitely rebook this property if we happen to have a vacation in Manila again and would recommend this to my friends Just a heads up that it needs a security deposit of 1,000 pesos in case there will be damages once you check out and will give it back to you if there's none so consider this for your budget.

Perfect birthday staycation if only it wasn't a rainy day

Pros: The host made booking and everything else a breeze! Property is perfect too! We got everything we needed and was so clean :)

Cons: The weather didn't cooperate well during our stay so we just had to stay inside the room and didnt try the pool which was very dirty too anyway. This is out of the host's control anyway of course.

Pros: The room is Clean and Comfortable, it has everything you need, and the price is very Cheap, The location is near from where we needs to go, every body is very helpful. I would like to recommend the place to everybody that has a Family and want a secure and comfortable stay.

Pros: Super clean place and affordable without hidden charges.. And we are fully assisted by the owner and if we have questions they replied super fast.. This js 10/10..

Cons: I guess mop lang for the floor can't find one but overall it is really satisfying.. worth my budget
