M&M Condostay at Shore 2 Residences Tower 2 Pasay City

Very Good!! Highly Recommended Host

Pros: Friendly and professional host, the condo felt fresh and clean (despite the communal lobby and elevators smelling very bad - due to the building management!) Really good experience with the host and rooms, it was quick, easy, and no fuss or hidden fees/additional fees which unfortunately I've experienced a lot during my stay in hotels in Philippines. We were a big family staying at different rooms owned by different hosts, my family unfortunately had issues with other hosts unable to check in due to mix up with guests lists, in such short notice Abbie (host) was able to provide us with alternative rooms. However we found alternative help from other sources, but we appreciate the quick turnaround from Abbie despite the time of the circumstances (around midnight!) Thanks to Abbie the host for the warm service, for being reliable and overall good conditions of the room!

Perfect for 4 adults. Perfect location

Pros: The fact that it has 2 double bed that is good for 4 pax not unlike some condo accomodations where you have to convert the sofa bed. All through out our stay, the host was alert in answering queries.

Cons: The door knob of the bathroom is broken, thus it can not be locked. Not enought utensils

Pros: Bed & beddings were so comfy! Ms. Abby was so accommodating of our requests. We wanted to extend our stay but they're booked na. We'll definitely come back soon.

A relaxing stay!

Pros: Very nice facilities and room interior is relaxing. I love that the pool is not crowded even though it's a holy week. You just have to pay for pool rate/person. The staff delivered the key when we arrived in the property and assisted us with everything that we need (eg, wifi, pool access, rice cooker etc)

Cons: Parking not included/free. We parked at Petron parking lot, walking distance from the property. way cheaper compare when you park in the property.

Pros: Bed was very comfortable. After being up for 2 straight days of traveling and events it was a great bed to sleep in.

Cons: Bathroom is small for a guy my size. I'm 6'2 and a heavy set man. But that's more of a me problem and to be expected when traveling to a country where the citizens are known to be smaller people.

Hassle Free Experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros: Owner contacted me the same day I booked and confirmed our stay. Smooth uncomplicated checkin experience. We were able to do an early check in (for an affordable cost). Beds are comfortable. There's a working wifi, ref and microwave.

It was wonderful.

Pros: The unit was cozy and comfortable. It was a nice place to stay with friends as it has a wide space for a group of 4. The beds were comfortable, and the TV was good for a movie marathon. The internet was also fast. The property was close to SM Moa which was very convenient, and there are nearby convenient stores, too.

Cons: None.
