Pros: I like that the property was close to convenience stores, fast food & the mall. The check in and check out went smoothly and the host was very accomodating and responsive.

Cons: The air conditioning took some time to cool the unit, but there was a fan available that helped during our stay.

Pros: Very helpful staff at reception. Great location that had restaurants and shops within 5 minutes walk, in a very safe area. Our host was flexible about check in and leaving our bags in the apartment.

Pros: Good communication, good location, with easy access to the Venice Grand Canal Mall and a pharmacy, supermarket and a small Alfamart convenience shop.

Cons: I didn't like the dark wooden decor. It made the place too dark. There were no instructions for operating the TV ,so I couldn't get it switched on to watch anything. Also when you search for the WiFi, the name doesn't match the building, but it is the first one on top.

Pros: The place was cozy and clean. Close to many shops and restaurants, close to a big shopping mall - a matter of 10 mins walk. It was definitely worth it the money.

Cons: The aircon and the fridge were looking very old and noisy, disturbing our sleep. There was a problem with electronic locker on the first night but it was fixed by the maintenance in the morning after.
