Cozy Place @ Venice Luxury Residences

Pros: Luxurious apartment that had all the amenities I needed.

An amazing stay at the property! Will likely book again

Pros: Love that the place was clean and very accessible to the mall. Love that there are free water bottles as well :) we were able to use the slippers provided for us too. Lastly, we love that the owner was able to accommodate my request to surprise my wife with a rose and a birthday card. Those made our stay special!

Cons: It was a great stay overall. Just that there was only 1 bath towel provided so my wife and I had to share. Toiletries were limited. There is a shampoo and conditioner dispenser but it doesn't work. Luckily we brought our own toiletries and Lawson is just in front of the building. The photos need updating also, coz there were changes made to the property already.

Pros: Complete amenities (home slippers, hair dryer, kettle, mineral water, toothbrushes, netflix) Late check-in possible, clean and comfortable

Best of the Best.

Pros: What a beautiful treat. One of the most spacious and most beautiful apartments I’ve ever stayed in Philippines. Whole place gives off a lovely aroma due to aromatic reed air fresheners. Smart TV keeps you entertained if you get stuck in. Good hot shower pressure that is usually a big issue in majority places across PH. Gym facilities for fitness enthusiasts. Fast and easy communication with the owner. Appreciated flexibility on time of check out. Will definitely be back once I’m in Manila again. Highly recommended.

Clean apartment in smart location. Huge choice of eateries (too many infact!). Denny’s treated us well.

Pros: Location was good for us being above Mall and visiting family. Also managed to walk to Market Market and Bonifacio was there was life.

Cons: Wifi was poor. Would have been nice to have real books to read, not fake ones! But it was fine and had everything we needed. No fire drill information.

Pros: It was the most amazing experience. The owners was wonderful very accommodating to our needs. The location was perfect 👌

Well equipment and furnished luxury apartment.

Pros: It was a beautiful apartment. Extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped in a great location. The host (although we didn’t actually meet them) were fantastic and communicated well. We’d definitely stay there again.

Molto Bello - da migliorare il bagno

Pros: L'eleganza dell'appartamento,la posizione,la vista dal balcone,la disponibilità di tanti elettrodomestici e della lavatrice. Aria condizionata ottima. Illuminazione dell'appartamento ottimo. Letto straordinario.

Cons: La mancanza di acqua calda,la pulizia del bagno ( tanto calcare ovunque),il doccino obsoleto. La mancanza di un cambio di federe e del lenzuolo
