Pros: I like how accomodating the agent was for helping with the registration for the IDs. The rooms where clean, the bed was also very comfortable to sleep in. Location wise is also the best since it's nearby MoA and other places to eat and buy essentials.

Pros: Excellent wifi. Good space. Kitchen amenities and toiletries are ok.

Cons: Additional rules like washing machine can only be used for stay more than 4 nights. This was only brought to attention after payment of booking.

Nice family stay

Pros: Close to the mall and attractions. The pool was big and has a play ground. The owner and caretaker were very accommodating. They always communicate with you for the procedures.

Cons: Had to pay for the pool entrance. Minor glitch in the name reservation.

Pros: Good location with friendly staff in residence, good support from host with any problems close to amenities

Pros: No hassle for check in & check out. -Location is close to malls and airport. Easy to book grab car/food when needed -Room looks clean and smells good, also for towels and bedsheets. - Absolutely love how comfy the bed is. -Kitchen appliances & utensils are useful -Door is passcode locked so no need to worry about whether you forget to bring keys when leaving the unit. - Facilities and Pool area are also nice. We enjoyed the use of pool during daytime and evening as the water is not too cold

Cons: Hope there could be assistance or easier option to pay for the use of pool before check in. For us, it took quite a longer waiting time/queue for our turn to pay at the billing office. - light bulb in the living area needs replacement. It took a while before it lights when turned on

Pros: Wow! Still can not believe it really happened. For business and pleasure I stay away from home between 50 and 100 nights a year - every year. And I have never had an experience like this one. Absolutely amazing. You can not find a photo that looks better than this place acctually looks and feels in real life. I felt like the owner of an absolutely luxury condo with the mosta amazing garden with absurdly beautiful pools. Al that practically attached to the biggest mall in Asia and all the transport options one could desire. Plus I had to check several times whether this was really the price I paid for it. Unreal.

Cons: Not staying there for another week. And I say that after 3 weeks of very hard business trip.

Pros: The owner replies to all of my questions. Vert accomodating.. The assistant is also nice and friendly. We'll definitely go back.
