Pros: Чудесна локация в Pasay. Близо до Mall of Asia. Чисто и уютно място. Лесен достъп. Приятни места за хранене и супермаркет в непосредствена близост.

Cons: Гледката е към прозорците на отсрещната сграда. Дивана не е удобен.
