Great place to stay once you battle reception and check in process

Pros: Very close to the Grand Venice Canal with I nice pool and sauna available. Room was set up well and very good value for money

Cons: Reception at the facility, are not the booking agent. There is some confusion between them as we were not told that the amenities (pool/sauna) are only free for 3 pax. We asked the booking agent who advised 4 pax which the reception states is wrong Welcome sms/email requested a few documents to check in a. A document to be printed by the traveler with 4 pax to sign (not exactly easy if you are travelling from another country). May be easier to have supplied at reception (NOTE I DID HAVE TO SIGN A 7 PAGE CONTRACT TO STAY THERE WHICH IS SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DO PREVIOUSLY) b. The Agent requested a Covid vaccination card (when questioned this was not required) I felt a little intimidated by all the security that could be better streamlined

Our Excellent Customer Experience at Lukcycat Homestay

Pros: We love this place very much just like our home. The owner, the management, the staff, the lobby, the front desk every body were excellent in service. Synchronized and systematic flow from booking at booking.com to check out everything is perfect.

Very Lovely Apartment in The Middle of Everything and Close to BGC

Pros: I like the size of this one bedroom, the kitchen bar, the furniture and the two TVs.

Cons: Nothing, this is great place in the middle of everything and really close to BGC.

Overall our stay was OK and the location is very convenient.

Pros: The place is big and comfortable . The view from the top is spectacular.

Cons: Downside, We arrived in the place without water and it’s quite difficult to contact the host to solved the problem. Until midnight the problem was solved.

I liked it so much, I booked it again for next month!

Pros: The location is great...walking distance to mall, grocery store, spa, banks. It has a playground and swimming pool, perfect for my toddler. I liked it so well, I booked it again for next month when I go to Manila.

Pros: Will definitely be back. The place is very clean and confortable to stay with.

Pros: Fantastic location, beautiful property and excellent host. Helped me retrieve a valuable item that I forgot at the room when I checked out even though the host wasn't present in the city.

Stay was really good inside the house. Just the reception and the time to get in is the problem..

Pros: It took almost 3 hours for my friends to get in and the reception was rude doesn't know the word \

Cons: It would be easy if we can get in to the room on time.. have hour key to access the elevator ... Everytime we go down we need to ask the guard to tap the card for us to have access ... Everytime we ask you can see in their faces that they are not happy doing it back and forth....

Pros: The size , the cleanliness, very homey. the area is very convenient , it''s closest to everuthing. If you like the city life and ready to spend. Around the area is Mall, small grocery stores. It's a high end business area .

Pros: Great location! Just a bridge away from Venice Canal Mall. It was also spacious for 5 people.

Cons: They should send the endorsement letter to the reception before the scheduled check in time to avoid the hassle.
