Pleasant and kind owner

Pros: • The place was clean when we got there • The owner is kind and would answer your questions when you have some • Amazing view of the Gandola • Walking distance from the Venice Mall - which makes it convenient for those who wishes to go out and eat or shop around • Convenience store at the front - if you get hungry

Cons: Overall our stay was pleasant as it was clean and had a beautiful view. The location is convenient but the only thing I would say to further improve the place is to provide blankets. It had sheets to act as a blanket but too thin if you wish to turn on the AC (aircon). The sheets provided will not suffice for the cold when the AC is on. Thus I would say have some blankets ready to provide warmth when the AC is on.
