Venice Luxury Residences Studio Taguig City

Pros: The room is very clean. Very near the Venice Shopping Mall.

Cons: The staff assisted us during the check-in is not so nice and friendly, not what I'm expecting given that she's a receptionist. I'm just trying to be nice to her given that she's pregnant.

Overall the room was amazing love the interior and comfortable sheets and bed and mesmerising view of Venice canal, love

Pros: I like the view and also how comfortable my stay was here with my baby, but next door from my room had a non stop barking dog which was frustrating for a few nights I was checked in interrupted sleep. Staff was not as helpful downstairs with luggage when I first checked in. Very snobbish and uncomfortable welcoming. The shower water had no hot water. But I allowed myself to shower cold since it’s very hot in the Philippines. I would have like to come back and stay here again but I expected more spark for the staff. But I love how close it to a lot of great destinations. Very clean and tidy place and very relaxing. Worth the money.

Excellent location and a good position within the apartment block. Good pool and loads of restaurants in mall.

Pros: Good location and views over Venice Mall canal. Walkable to SM Aura and Bonifacio. All we needed in one room. Very good TV and excellent wifi.

Cons: Not a problem but kitchen units getting tired.

Pros: Great location! Easy access to the mall. Hot water in the shower was a plus. Easy check in and check out. Just needed to verify your identity and ensure you follow the rules given during check in. AC was working fine! The washer worked well, think we used it twice and no issues. WiFi has a good connection and we had no issues.

Cons: The doors in the balcony doesn’t shut properly. Every time we open/close the balcony door, the door to the studio moves as well, like someone is attempting to open the door. I wish the door to the studio has a better sound proofing. We could hear everyone getting in and out of their units, late conversations and the yapping puppy across the hall. Staff was a hit or miss in the reception and front entrance. Some were friendly and some seemed to not want to be there. Access to the pool and gym needs to be booked which we found odd if they are staying in the building. Toilet some times flushes really slow but nothing a plunger could fix. Lastly, little COCKROACHES!!!! They seemed to be everywhere in the nooks and crannies of the room! They come out from the little holes/cracks on the wall. We felt so uncomfortable leaving or toiletries in the bathroom because they just appear out of nowhere, the walls, and sink. We were shocked to see some in the lining of the fridge when I opened it. Definitely was not appetizing to eat inside the studio.

We would definitely stay again and recommend to friend and family.

Pros: The Host was very professional, informative and responded to questions immediately. The location was great near to restaurants, shops, etc.

Cons: The amount of paperwork that you must fill out at the front desk. I understand the reasons and process. Perhaps they can shorten the application paperwork. I honestly felt like some of the information was redundant.

Highly recommended

Pros: The location is awesome. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Good place for sightseeing as well. The amenities inside the room is great. Would love to go back there.
