Super Worth it! :)

Pros: Stayed for 2N to watch the 2026 New Year Countdown. Room is cozy and nice with stable internet connection for streaming movies in Full HD plus sofa bed perfect for Netflix & Chill. Location is also convenient with grocery just outside of lobby and it is near MOA. Bathroom is clean with heater, towels & shampoo. Kitchen utensils are complete and clean. Really loved the complimentary coffee - we brewed every morning and noon :) Admin is also very accomodating with our check-in request.

Cons: We weren't able to park in the Tower coz the owner doesn't have a parking space and since its holiday, parking spaces outside are full. We parked in the nearest gas station with overnight fees and its around 10min walk from the Tower.

Pros: Bonjour l'organisation a été parfaite envoie de l'adresse deux jour avant avec toutes les coordonnées pour receptionner l'appartement aucune problème le studio parfait et propre

Cons: Je n'ai pas pus accéder à la piscinne car malgré le sms de réservation reçus les gardiens de la piscine voulaient une réservation du propriétaire de l'appartement la réservation papier de Booking qui inclué l'accès à la piscine n'était pas bon

The clean, quiet condo with good WiFi and a free airport taxi, and perfect for walking to SMX (MOA).

Pros: The condo was just big enough for me. It looks pretty new and clean. The bed was okay, but the sleeping conditions were excellent. Quiet, including a nice working aircon was quiet. Wifi was working well. While booking, the location was a bit confusing, but since a free taxi from the airport was included in the offer, there were no issues with that. Visiting events at SMX (MOA) was a breeze, and I could usually just walk there.

Cons: As for the price, I can't find any essential improvements necessary.

Very enjoyable. I’d come back again.

Pros: Central location to everything I wanted. Coffee shop, convenience store, massage parlor and restaurants. Other location were nearby mall of Asia, casinos, airport and others within short commute using Grab taxi. Great location.

Cons: Tripping hazard going into the bathroom. Was not expecting the step down. Same when throw garbage in the garbage room. Did not expect a curb right at the door.
